- Project information: kitchen measurements, photos, drawings, budget, timeline and material preferences.
- WhatsApp messages: when you message us through WhatsApp (including WhatsApp Business), we collect and store your WhatsApp phone number, profile name, and the content of the messages, photos, voice notes and files you send, together with message timestamps.
- Website usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

- To respond to your inquiries, including replying to your WhatsApp messages.
- To prepare quotes and designs, schedule consultations, measurements and installations.
- To send appointment confirmations, project updates and service-related messages.

We do not sell your personal information. We only send marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time (for WhatsApp, reply “STOP”).
4. WhatsApp
Messages sent to us through WhatsApp are delivered via WhatsApp and Meta Platforms, Inc. services and are subject to WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy. We receive your messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform and store them in our internal customer service system so our team can respond and follow up on your project. You choose whether to contact us on WhatsApp; you may also reach us by phone or email instead.
5. Sharing your information
We share personal information only when needed to provide our services, with:
- Service providers that host our website, email, messaging and customer-service systems (for example Meta/WhatsApp, cloud hosting and email providers).
- Installers, suppliers or fabricators working on your project, limited to what they need.
- Authorities when required by law.
Some of these providers may store data outside Canada, where it may be subject to local laws.
6. Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including warranty and legal record-keeping, and then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect it.
